Nicholas Wells
B.Comm

Nicholas has 20 years of Executive Leadership experience in various roles. These include Director and Deputy Chairman of the National Trust of WA and Financial Controller of mining company MLM Drilling Pty Ltd.

He has extensive business experience in WA in the property and mining sectors.


David Zohar 

BSc Dip Ed 


Geologist David Zohar is a graduate of the University of Western Australia, under taking a 4 year course with a double major (Maths and Geology). 


He has been the initiator and/or founding director of many ASX listed mining companies including now large miners Red River, Red 5 and Galaxy. Now Alkem (AKE). As managing director of Fortuna Gold Exploration he was possibly unique in listing a mining company on ASX during the 1987 stock market crash. 


AKE is now one of Western Australia’s largest Lithium miners. David Zohar was the original sole owner of their key now billion dollar, Lithium production lease. He has negotiated various mining deals with many parties including Rio Tinto. Cliffs Iron Ore and others. 


Lisa Wells BSc (Hon)
GCert.App.Fin.M.Aus.IMM

Ms Wells has 27 years’ experience as an exploration geologist working across various commodities including diamonds, bulk commodities, gold and base metals.

Ms Wells holds a BAppSc. (Maj. Geology) from Curtin University. Ms Wells was a founding director of Phosphate Australia, listed on the ASX in 2008 and which obtained float of the year. She currently is a Director and owner of MLM Drilling Pty Ltd.


She has consulted on a range of projects and coordinated exploration operations for various commodities from greenfields through to feasibility studies. She was previously exploration manager for United Kimberley Diamonds where she assisted with diamond bulk sampling and was part of the discovery team for the Railway Iron Ore Deposit which was taken over by BHP.


Ms Wells is currently a non-executive Director of Territory Minerals, a gold company with projects in North Queensland, and a nonexecutive director of Odessa Minerals (ASX:ODE), a mineral exploration company with interests in diamonds and lithium.


Dr Andy Wilde
(PhD, RPGeo, FAusIIM, FAIG)

Andy is a seasoned exploration professional with rare blend of industry and academic experience. Andy’s career in mineral exploration has spanned over 30 years and has included the following roles and achievements:


Exploration manager and/or chief geologist for several ASX-listed mid-cap and junior companies. Senior roles with multinational mining companies BHP and Gold Fields. Consultant geologist/geochemist to the United Nations IAEA and a wide range of exploration companies. Expertise in uranium, gold, base metals and lithium. Experience in a wide range of countries. Lecturer in geology at Sultan Qaboos (Oman) and Monash University (Australia). Senior researcher in the Co-operative Research Centre in Predictive Mineral Discovery (Monash University). Author or co-author of nearly 50 peer-reviewed scientific papers.

Mentor to many young geologists. Recent accomplishments include: Tripling of the lithium resource at the Goulamina spodumene deposit in Mali for Birimian (making Goulamina one of the world’s largest hardrock lithium resources). Providing the technical basis for the ASX listing of uranium explorer 92 Energy. A pivotal role in the discovery of 92 Energy’s GMZ uranium deposit in Saskatchewan.
